Once we collect your data we can send advertising notices containing promotions, sales offers and other content. You reserve the option to unsubscribe at any moment from any future advertising notices by Sivo d.o.o.

Once you unsubscribe from receiving advertising notices, you may continue to receive business notices such as order confirmations, information related to returned goods or other notices related to Sivo d.o.o.
Right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data information at any moment via email office@sivo.rs, after which Sivo doo will erase all your personal data, followed by removing your email address from the mailing list and you will stop receiving email messages detailed in this notice.
Data storage term
User’s personal data will never be processed more than necessary. Personal data will be processes until consent is withdrawn, except in situations when there is another basis for processing. This includes processing representing a necessary and proportional measure in a democratic society to safeguard constitutional rights and liberties, which includes the accomplishment of legitimate Sivo interests.
Right to complain to the Commissioner
If you believe Sivo doo is processing your personal data through this website in violation of the Personal Data Protection Law, you can submit a complaint to the Commissioner for information of public importance and personal data protection at any time.
Enforcement and enactment
The Personal Data Protection Law shall apply in all other matters related to personal data protection (‘Off. Gazette of the RS’ No. 87/2018). This Rulebook shall be enacted on 25.10.2019.
